  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable
  • Ongoing services may require monthly advance payment

If credit card payments are accepted, processing fees may apply. Alternative payment methods may be offered.

7. No Guarantees of Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many external factors. DM Digital does not guarantee:

  • Traffic levels
  • Lead volume
  • Conversion rates
  • Advertising performance
  • Revenue increases

We commit to professional best practices and continuous optimization — not guaranteed outcomes.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Supply required access and credentials
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Approve deliverables promptly
  • Maintain legal compliance of their own business

Delays caused by client inaction may affect timelines and performance.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Services often involve third-party platforms such as:

  • Analytics providers
  • Hosting providers
  • CRM systems
  • Advertising networks

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages
  • Policy changes
  • Account suspensions

10. Limitation of Liability
